Condition
Good and stable condition overall. The handle cranks with relative ease and emits clear sound from the pipes. There is a lever on the side to change the melody which functions as it should. The front panel with the gilded pipe decoration slides in and out of the case; it is somewhat difficult to slide in and out due to shrinkage. Lacking a key. Old scuffs and marks to the case, and a few minor age splits.
Provenance
Literature:Journal of Mechanical Music Winter 1989.
